In addition to a core curriculum designed to challenge and educate our professionals, each employee works with their supervisor to create an individual development plan. The result is a personalized learning map that blends firm requirements with individual needs.

With each individual comes a unique set of experiences. We provide training to build upon your experience. For accountants and consultants, Continuing Professional Education (CPE) is required to stay current and maintain licenses and certifications. We want the time you spend in CPE to be of value – to help prepare you for your current responsibilities as well as those that lie ahead. The central component of Beers + Cutler’s training is a progressive and sequential curriculum that links to our core competencies.
