February 8, 2008, Tysons Corner, VA - Beers + Cutler, the leading accounting and consulting firm focused on the Washington, DC region, announced that Frank Walker, the lead partner in the firm's Transaction Advisory Services practice, will be a panel member at the Auto Team America's (ATA) 14^th annual CEO/CFO forum on Friday, February 8, 2008.  The ATA forum precedes the opening of the National Auto Dealers Association (NADA) convention in San Francisco.

ATA is an association of accounting firms that serves more than 2,000 auto dealers across North America.  The CEO/CFO forum showcases innovative ideas and management techniques.  This year's topic focuses on the emergence of private equity as a viable option in the auto dealer marketplace.

Mr. Walker, who will be part of a panel entitled "Navigating the Twists and Turns of Private Equity," will share his insights and perspectives on understanding and being successful in the complicated world of private equity.
